Homemade Beef Burgers

Ingredients:
(makes 6 good size burgers)
500g of minced beef
1 Large Onion
4 Tablespoons of Tomota Puree
3 Tablespoons of chopped Organo
3 Tablespoons of chopped Thyme
Method:
1.) Finely chop the onion
2.) Add all the Ingredients to the food processor
3.) Turn on the food processor until all ingrendiants are well mixed and the meat turns paste like or rolls into a ball.
4.) Shape the mince and herb mix into burgers.
Steps 2-3 may need to be done in steps depending on the size of your food processor and amount of burgers you want to make
5.) Throw onto the BBQ.
Top Tip: If you want to try using corriandar instead of organo and tyme.
