Sage & Onion Pork Chops
(Serves 4)
4 Pork chops any size
1 Packet of sage and onion stuffing
1 Large egg
A little olive oil for cooking
Method:
1. Rinse chops in cold water and dry
2. Whip Egg into a flat dish
3. Tip sage and onion onto a plate
4. Take chops one at a time and dip in the egg then into the stuffing mix
5. Place chops in an ovenproof dish or tray drizzzle over a little olive oil and cook in a moderate preheated oven abt 180-200C for 25-30 miniuts untill cooked with a crispy crust.
Simple and tasty!
Serve with creamy mashed pototos and broccoli.
