6 Heaped tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Heaped tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Black Pepper to taste

Method

1. Chop the salad a little to make it more manageable, then divide into 4 large wine glasses or similar.
2. Mix Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice and Tomato Ketchup together in a bowl
3. Add the prawns and smoked Salmon
4. Divide evenly between glasses
5. If liked drizzle over a little worcester sauce for an extra kick.

Top tip: Buy Smoked Salmon pieces if available much more economical.

We recommend a crisp Sauvgnon Blanc to serve with this delicious starter.

This one is particularly suitable: Sauvignon St Bris 2007 Simonnet-Febvre at £8.49 from Majestic or if you want a real bargain try Fairleigh Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2009 Marlborough a great New Zealand Marlbrough at only £5.99 a bottle!
