"Giorgio’s crispy courgette appetiser and pea-studded pasta demand a similiarly verdant white wine. As the hottest, skinny white wine only days have gone, plump for a bosky but more medium weight offering such as Sicily’s fiano grape, southern Italy’s answer to riesling.. Tesco’s more citrussy 2008 Finest Fiano, from the Cantine Settesoli winery at Menfi gets my vote."
